Privacy notice

What we collect and why

• If you email us: your email address and whatever you write, so we can reply. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (answering you). We keep emails for as long as we need to deal with them, and no longer than 24 months.
• When you visit the site: our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (running a secure website). These logs are kept for a short time only.

We don't ask for or store your name, account details or payment details, and we don't sell or share personal data for marketing.

Cookies and tracking

We don't set cookies, and we don't use analytics, advertising or social media trackers. If that changes, we'll ask for your consent first and update this notice.

Links to casinos

When you click an offer, you go through a link on our site (starting /go/) to the casino. The casino or its affiliate network may then use cookies to record that you came from us, which is how we get paid. That happens on their site under their privacy policy, so please read it before you sign up. We don't pass any personal data to them.

Where data is processed

Vercel may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, it's protected by safeguards approved under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, and ask us to correct or delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to us using it. Email hello@top20ukcasinos.co.uk and we'll reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
